The objective of this seven-Journal series is to decrease the amount of institutional misconduct and recidivism upon release.

The BRAVE Program, designed in collaboration with the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, shows inmates how to make their time of incarceration a positive learning and life experience by focusing on three major goals:

Goal 1
Development of Prosocial Values

Goal 2
Elimination of Inappropriate Behaviors

Goal 3
Creation of a Plan for the Future
