DuAne Young

DuAne is currently the Director of Special Projects for The Change Companies, where his main focus areas are research, development and project management. Previously he was the Assistant Administrator for the Court Alcohol and Drug Program of the Indiana Judicial Center. He coordinated and conducted program certification, training and staff development for the 56 court-based alcohol and drug programs in Indiana, which are probation, community corrections and treatment center based. For five years he served as the Mental Health Evaluator for Marion County Probation, one of the largest urban probation departments in the nation.
