Orientation Training

Facilitation Training

You’ve purchased a curriculum from The Change Companies® and you’re ready to implement… the two-day, certified Facilitation Training prepares your staff to put the curriculum into practice!

This intense, highly interactive course is packed with hands-on exercises, demonstrations and presentations emphasizing the core competencies necessary for effective implementation in your organization. Participants leave Facilitation Training motivated and ready to take action in all areas of service delivery including case planning, documentation, individual and group sessions.

e-Learning

The Change Companies®’ e-Learning Series integrates key principles from proven behavioral change models including the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-behavioral Therapy, as well as guiding participants through the processes needed to effectively implement The Change Companies®’ resources into your current delivery system.


Our courses are ideal for any professional in the Behavioral Health fields. These self-paced courses include online interactive exercises, case examples and a hardcopy Training Journal for completing the final examination. The process is simple and self-directed.

Training For Trainers

The Change Companies®’ professional trainers deliver powerful, action-oriented sessions that engage, develop and release effective change agents into your organization. Let us put together a Training for Trainers session for your organization! This three-day certified course provides participants with a comprehensive skill set for training on the effective application of The Change Companies®’ resources including a detailed curriculum overview, basic facilitation competencies and the recommended curriculum implementation strategies.

The Change Companies®’ Training for Trainers model incorporates a unique experiential approach to training… in addition to learning the core content of The Change Companies®’ curricula and implementation strategies, potential trainers are immersed in a process-oriented approach, anchored in adult learning, that develops and enhances key training and facilitation strategies essential for effective training delivery. All Training for Trainers participants receive a toolkit that includes lesson plans, PowerPoint slides and handouts for on-site staff training.
