The Change Companies®’ Training for Trainers model incorporates a unique experiential approach to training… in addition to learning the core content of The Change Companies®’ curricula and implementation strategies, potential trainers are immersed in a process-oriented approach, anchored in adult learning, that develops and enhances key training and facilitation strategies essential for effective training delivery. All Training for Trainers participants receive a toolkit that includes lesson plans, PowerPoint slides and handouts for on-site staff training.
