1. What do I do if the eLearning Module does not load?

Check to make sure you are using the latest version of your browser of choice, whether Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Chrome. Links are available on this page. Also make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Flash plugin for your browser.

2. Why aren't my module's links and document attachments loading?

This likely has to do with your security settings. You can try and change them to allow flash to store and open links from the eLearning module by going to this url.

Once there, select "always allow" and the module should work as intended. Just remember to turn the settings back to the default method after completing the module.

3. I still can't get the files and links to work, is there anything else I can try? Can you send me the materials?

All of the materials needed to complete the module are available in a separate .pdf available for download on your eLearning homepage. Click the .pdf icon next to your course to download.

4. Can I work on this module at work and complete it when I go home?

Not unless you're bringing home your work computer. Your eLearning progress is stored with cookies on the computer in which you first accessed the eLearning module. It is strongly advised that you start and finish eLearning modules on one computer.

5. The "Save and Exit" button does not close the module. Why?

Some browsers have built in safety features to prevent Flash players from closing them. If you exit the presentation by closing your browser, the module should save your location for when you return.

6. I lost my certificate and I need to print another one, how can I do that?

Next to all your completed eLearning modules you should see a "printer icon" click that and it will prompt you with a way to print your certificate. If you do not see a printer icon next to a module you completed, please email us.
