I’m dead

Surprise, surprise! I’m dead. I sure didn’t see that coming. I should have, but I was too busy searching for my missing blue sock.

I’m only kidding. How could I be keystroking this in a prone position?

I have been giving it some thought. So I made a list. I will die a happy man if I do the following five things:

1.  I demonstrate kindness to people I love. And those I don’t.

2.  I continue to get to know me better – and make wise decisions based on what I find out.

3.  I do the best I can with what I’ve got, and I don’t fret over what I’m missing.

4.  I don’t take myself too seriously. After all, nobody else does.

5.  I always wear clean underwear, just like my mother taught me (translation: maintain a sense of humor).
