Daily affirmations (saying things to yourself like, "I'm a good person") can help you navigate stress. When stress weighs you down, it can be nice to remind yourself of all the reasons you're a good person.
This week, I will think about things I like about myself and consider reminding myself of these things when I'm feeling stressed.
