The benefits of regular exercise can hardly be overstated. Getting the motivation to continue exercising can be difficult over time. One way to keep up your motivation might be to try something new. Is there a different exercise you have been wanting to try? Maybe even the same exercise but at a different time of day? Adjusting your routine may help keep you excited about your fitness goals.
This week, I will consider adjustments to how and when I exercise in order to stay motivated.
