Often you do a good job of avoiding too much sugar in your diet. But what about sugar in things you drink? Sometimes beverages have hidden sugar! A soda can have as many as 13 teaspoons of sugar and more than 200 calories. This hidden sugar really starts to add up. Becoming aware of this kind of hidden sugar can help you make smart choices about what you drink.
