Set Aside Sitting

In addition to regular moderate exercise, reducing the time you spend seated during the day can help improve your health. Small steps to increase your standing time throughout the day can lead to big health benefits. For instance, you might try standing during your lunch break at work or having a walking meeting instead of sitting in a conference room.

This week, I will think about standing when I am used to sitting. I will consider the benefits of standing on my health and well-being.
