Taking a moment to exercise during work can improve your physical and mental health. Breaking up seated time for even one or two minutes has been shown to provide benefits. You might consider taking one minute to exercise for every hour you work. Try doing this with coworkers to add a fun social element to your exercise. Doing a work workout may help you focus more, too, by adding variety to your day.
