From Stress to Stillness

Sometimes when you are the most stressed out, instead of pushing yourself even harder, a break can help. Taking a brief walk, meditating or even just sitting quietly, without electronics or other distractions, can give your brain a moment to recharge and refocus. Even a break of fewer than five minutes can help you to restart your tasks with more energy and motivation.

This week, when I am under stress, I will take a break to refocus. I will appreciate the benefit of stillness when I am most stressed out.
