Practicing Appreciation

As social animals, humans need relationships with one another. However, when you get busy, sometimes these relationships are brushed aside. Taking time to remember the people you care about and appreciate the many things they do can help you improve your relationships and develop a sense of gratitude. Try focusing on all the good things those around you do each day.

This week, I will think about what I appreciate in the people around me. I will let those people know I value them.
