Time to Tune Out

Modern technology provides many ways for things to be done more efficiently. But sometimes too much technology can cause extra stress. Always being connected and receiving emails, calls, text messages or other communication can make it difficult to take breaks and can interrupt your daily schedule, causing unnecessary stress. Turning off your phone or other technology for a little while each day can help you manage your stress.
This week, I will think about when I can turn off some of my devices to reduce my stress.
