Sometimes, in the rush of the day, meals can be forgotten. Eating all of your scheduled meals can help you stay on track to eating healthy. Missing out on a meal can increase the likelihood that you will overeat in the following meal due to increased hunger. Planning for meals and setting aside time to eat them is important for your body and your mind.
