Some people always seem stressed out. Other people never seem to experience any stress. While many things go into how you feel stress, the way you think plays a role, too. Sometimes when you feel an incredible amount of stress, it may be partly because you are focusing your thoughts on being stressed. Changing the way you think about stress can help make it feel, and become, more manageable.
This week, I will consider how I think about stress and the impact of my thoughts on how I experience stress.
