An Array of Activities

You may exercise each week, but are you getting a good variety of exercise? It's important to ensure you are taking care of all of your body by doing exercises that focus on endurance, balance, flexibility and strength. In addition to increasing your overall fitness, each of these types of exercise tends to increase your ability to do the other types. Leaving some out can increase your risk of injury and boredom.

This week, I will consider my exercise routine and think about any needed adjustments.
