Some days you may feel like you are doing everything right when it comes to healthy eating. Other days you might feel like you are making a lot of mistakes. Instead of trying to be perfect, focus on one or two things you can do each day to make positive progress. Over time, these positive steps can build into a total lifestyle of healthy eating (with room for the occasional calculated splurge!).
This week, I will think about one or two positive steps I can take in my eating habits instead of trying to be perfect.
