Preparing to Plan

Having motivation to eat healthy can help you develop positive eating habits. Motivation without a plan, however, makes it difficult to achieve real, positive change. Practicing planning menus, writing down recipes, keeping essential meal ingredients on hand and other mealtime strategies can keep you aware of and on track with your healthy eating goals.

This week, I will think about concrete plans I could make to help me stick to my healthy eating goals.
