Most people learn something new every day, but how often do you intentionally work to challenge your mind? Brains are amazingly plastic, able to learn and change over the course of our lives. Practicing a new skill or hobby is a fun way to stretch your mind. Besides building and improving your skills and abilities, learning new things can help keep your mind sharp as you age.
This week, I will learn more about a new skill or hobby. I will consider exercising my brain in a new way.
