This time of year, people often struggle to eat healthy. Many people are tempted by sweet treats at every turn. While it is less than ideal to overindulge, a little forgiveness can go a long way during the holidays. Forgiving yourself for that piece of pie can help you return to your regular healthy patterns. Too much guilt about holiday eating can encourage you to give up eating healthy altogether - a temptation worth avoiding!
