The holiday season can leave you feeling drained. The end of the year is a good time to take inventory of your values, goals and achievements. Reflecting on what you care about, what you'd like to achieve and what you have accomplished can help focus your life moving into the next year. Pausing to think may help you energize and refresh after a busy holiday season.
