Developing and sticking to an exercise routine can be difficult. Sometimes paying attention to where you exercise, as well as how, can help you improve your results. Working out somewhere you like to be, whether it is your home, outdoors or at a gym, may help you increase your motivation to stick with your workout. Trying your routine in a new location may reinvigorate your exercise when it grows boring.
