Getting enough exercise is an important part of a healthy life. Making sure you get an adequate amount of rest is just as important. Even the best athletes can experience injury if they do not get adequate rest as part of their exercise routines. Making sure you give your muscles the time they need to heal can keep you healthy and strong. It is important to push yourself and to know your limits.
