Adding exercise to your life may seem like a daunting task. With busy schedules, it can feel like there is no time for exercise routines. Thinking about ways to add exercise to the things you already do can help you stay fit and make it more likely that you will follow through with working out. For instance, lifting weights or using a stationary bicycle while watching television is a good way to stay fit while doing a more sedentary activity.
This week, I will consider ways that I can fit exercise into my existing routines.
