It seems there are always new diets or eating tips available. Sometimes it can be difficult to sort through these options to make good choices. Taking time to listen to your body can help you make healthy eating choices. Paying attention to when you are hungry, or when you might be thirsty and mistaking that for hunger (for example), may help you eat more wisely. Eating good food when you're hungry may help you feel more satisfied.
