Small Goals, Small Rewards
Maintaining motivation for something can be difficult at times. When it comes to an exercise routine, this may be especially true. While having one large goal is good motivation, having several smaller goals can help you stay motivated. Creating small, healthy goals, and then creating corresponding small, healthy rewards, may help you continue in the face of falling motivation. This week, I will consider making small goals and small rewards to increase my motivation.
