Make Time for Movement

Long ago, people needed to wander great distances to find food. Today, many don't need to work so hard physically to find food. Our bodies, however, still benefit from daily exercise. It can feel hard to fit exercise in during a busy day. Blending exercise into your days can be a good place to start. For example, try walking while talking on the phone. Or go outside with a friend or family member. Work exercise into your life.

This week, I will think about what I can do to get the exercise my body needs.
