Sleep and Stress

All the systems in our bodies are connected. This means that things that happen to one part of the body often affect other parts. Sleeping a good amount each night is an example of this. Getting enough sleep at night can help you better manage stress each day. Most people need seven to eight hours of sleep to be alert and ready for a day's activities. Getting a proper amount of sleep can help you manage your day effectively.

This week, I will think about how much sleep I get each night and how I feel each day.
