Sometimes missing an evening at the gym or a scheduled run can leave you feeling as though your exercise efforts have been futile. In reality, every bit of exercise you do, from walking or even doing chores, all the way to a full-fledged gym routine, helps increase your health. Small missteps don't need to completely derail you. In order to maintain your motivation, remember that when it comes to exercise, every bit helps.
