Talk it Out

Stress can make people feel like they have to do everything on their own. A good way to reduce stress, however, is to reach out to those around you. Talking with family and friends about your feelings and the good things in life can help you better manage stress. Strengthening friendships, having others to rely on, and feeling that others can rely on you, can make stress feel easier to manage.

This week, I will consider how my relationships impact my stress level. I will think about how I can nurture my important relationships.
