Many people spend a lot of time considering their exercise routine, but how much time is devoted to thinking about warming up before exercise? Warming up is one of the most important parts of staying in shape and avoiding injuries. Particularly for people with jobs that involve sitting for long stretches, taking time to warm up your legs and core muscles can help you maximize your workout and exercise safely.
