Staying properly hydrated is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Drinking water and other beverages is not the only way to ensure you have enough water in your system, however. Eating "water-rich foods" can help you remain hydrated. Water-rich foods are slowly absorbed by the body, too, helping you to feel full. Oatmeal, vegetables and beans are just a few examples of these hydrating foods.
This week, I will think about having enough water in my diet. I will consider eating more water-rich foods.
