Exercise is a vital part of a healthy life. Most people understand that exercise is important, but sometimes they still struggle to fit it into a busy schedule. It can be hard to feel motivated to exercise if the activity is not one you enjoy. For example, instead of forcing yourself to go to the gym, try going on a moderately paced walk or riding a bicycle. Whatever you do, the more fun it is, the more likely you are to continue doing it.
This week, I will consider ways to increase my satisfaction with my exercise routine.
