Positive thinking can help reduce stress. There are many ways to promote positive thinking, and one is to surround yourself with positive people. Spending time with negative people can increase your stress levels and lower self-esteem. More positive people can offer support and help you maintain a healthy perspective. Choosing healthy relationships positively impacts all life areas, including stress.

This week, I will think about spending time with more positive people to improve my response to stress.
