Building healthy relationships can start anywhere. A good place to start can be simply noticing the positive actions of those you care about each day. From there, consider pointing these actions out, and thanking those people for all that they do. Being present in a relationship in this way can refresh your perspective on others and help you develop a genuine sense of gratitude for the people around you.
