Nearly everyone enjoys food that is a bit less than healthy. How can you manage these temptations without derailing your healthy eating routine? Sometimes people try avoiding tempting treats entirely, but this proves difficult for most. A better option can be using these foods as rare treats. Eating these things less frequently, and in smaller amounts, can make it easier to stay healthy and reduce the temptation to overindulge.
