When stressed, it can be easy to forget about the things you like, and to become fully absorbed in the stress you feel. Remembering hobbies and interests, and setting aside time for them, can help you better manage stress and improve your mood. Having time away from stressors can help focus your mind on something other than stress. Dedicating yourself to a hobby that you enjoy can help you feel more relaxed.
