Sometimes keeping track of your weight is an effective part of a healthy eating and fitness plan. Weighing yourself too frequently, however, can stand in the way of your positive efforts. Experts recommend checking weight no more than once per week. Additionally, if weight loss doesn't come quickly, don't be discouraged. Losing weight slowly over time is the healthiest way to do so (much like the way many people add weight on in the first place!).
This week, I will consider the role of a scale in my healthy eating and fitness plans.
