When exercising, people are usually very excited to see results, often in the form of a trimmer and leaner body. Results from healthy amounts of exercise, coupled with a healthy eating plan, develop over time and typically take longer than a few weeks to appear. Making healthy choices each day do add up if we give them the chance to do so. Sticking to a reasonable fitness routine can prevent burnout and provide encouragement.
This week, I will feel good about the progress I make with my exercise routine.
