One way to lower stress is through writing. Taking time to record your thoughts and feelings can provide benefits to your body and mind. In addition to the act of writing, taking a moment to sit quietly with your thoughts and feelings can help you reduce stress as well. Whether it is journal writing that you can reflect on later, or writing that you throw away, putting your thoughts on paper can provide stress relief.
