New Year's resolutions to improve exercise often start to fade a few weeks into the new year. Many people don't feel like they "have the energy" to exercise. However, exercising regularly helps your body release the adrenaline and endorphins that can make you feel more energized. Therefore, getting a start on your exercise routine, instead of waiting until you have the energy, can help you gain the momentum needed to keep going.
This week, I will think about starting a new exercise routine regardless of my energy level.
