Making Your Own Agenda

It can be easy to become overwhelmed with the things other people need you to do when you already have a lot on your plate. Starting each day by making your own agenda, prioritzing your needs and balancing the things others need you to complete, can help you feel a sense of control over your time. Making your own agenda is one way to decrease the stress in your life.

This week, I will think about making my own agenda on a daily basis to balance my needs.
