Drink Your Greens

Green vegetables can be the healthiest to consume due to their high levels of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and protective nutrients. But some people struggle to eat their recommended 2-4 cups of vegetables per day. Using a juicer or blender to make green vegetables into a beverage, and mixing your vegetables with frozen berries or yogurt, can be an enjoyable and easy way to get your daily dose of veggies.

This week, I will consider using a juicer or blender to drink my green vegetables.
