Getting ready for Spring weather? Many people feel insecure about showing off their upper arms in short-sleeved clothing. You can sculpt your upper arms with a few simple exercises that can be done from the home or office. Exercises such as chair dips, push ups and arm rotations can sculpt your upper arms easily. By doing these exercises a few times a day you can sculpt your upper arms and feel confident in warm-weather clothing.
