Exercise Confidence

Even before long-term exercise can improve your physical state, following through on healthy goals can raise your self-esteem. Many people experience an increase in their confidence when they exercise. This is because they feel a sense of achievement and enhanced well-being. By making progress on small goal you can gain the rewards a sense of achievement can offer, including increased self-confidence.

This week, I will try to notice the confidence I feel as a result of working toward my goals.
