How do people find inner happiness? A simple acronym can help you prioritize five elements of a positive, joyous life: HAPPY. By making healthy choices, increasing your level of activity, being proactive about getting outside and being in the sunlight, keeping a positive mindset, and giving yourself credit for doing your best you can experience increased inner happiness and satisfaction.
