Exercise can be daunting, especially if you're just starting out and have a lot that you would like to accomplish. Think about a goal. What are three mini-steps that will bring you closer to this goal? Working toward the first mini-step may be less daunting and more realistic as you begin to exercise. Having realistic mini-steps can help you feel successful and confident as you make progress toward larger goals.
This week, I will try to determine some mini-steps to focus on in order to feel less daunted.
