Eat Spicy to Boost Metabolism

Your metabolism is the process your body uses to create energy to sustain itself. Your metabolism is affected by things like hydration, diet and exercise. One simple way to temporarily boost your metabolism is to add a tablespoon of red or green peppers to your meal. Spicy food is proven to speed up your metabolism. If you eat spicy food regularly, you can sustain the boost, burn more calories and feel more energized!
