Ready-made or "fast" food may seem like the perfect option for a busy individual, but it usually does not provide the energy or nutrients needed. However, with a little preparation, you can eat healthy, even on the go.
This week, I will prepare some healthy options for eating on the run. I will make these options accessible in the places where I need them the most.
